Raid Attendance/Loot Procedure

In the unfortunate event that I am unable to attend a CHP raid to handle the Roster Attendance/Loots. I would ask that someone in the raid take responsibility for gathering the raw data for me. I will enter the data into the spreadsheet.
1 - Record what targets the raid is after
2 - Dump the raid attendees to a file at each raid target. Alt-R for the raid window and click the "Dump" button. This creates a raid dump file in your everquest directory, starting with RaidRoster....
3- Record all the loot that dropped, who was awarded what item, and how many points were bid
4- Ask the RL about his/her 3 RL points and record those too.
EXAMPLE EMAIL:
Targets:
2 Charm Birds (use first raid dump)
General Druav (use second raid dump)
Magmatron (use third raid dump)
Babs (wipe, use fourth raid dump)
Loot:
Eoghan - 1 point - Ornate Greatblade
Etolar - 22 points - Elemental Chain Boot Mold
Gabriele - 15 points - Elemental Leather boot pattern
Raid Leader Pionts:
Lukky
Lohrane
Guldy
